Popular Colours This Week
A real mix of colours this week, which definitely matched the weather. Soft pinks and lighter neutrals have still been popular, but brighter summer shades are properly starting to make an appearance too. Holiday nails are officially in full swing.
Nail Art Trends
Cat eye nails have completely taken over this week. From soft velvet finishes through to dramatic colour shifts and even hidden rose details, everyone seems to be putting their own spin on the trend. The new additions to my collection have definitely been getting tested out properly this week.
News from the Studio
It has been another busy week in the studio with a mix of holiday nails and fun summer sets. Behind the scenes, I have also been working away on some new training opportunities, so apologies if I have been a wee bit quieter than usual on social media recently. Hopefully I will be able to share more soon.
Appointment and Course Bookings
There are still a few appointment spaces left in June if you need to get booked in. July and August will only be open to regular clients while I take some time off with the kids during the school holidays, so I want to make sure all regulars have their usual appointments secured first.

Nail Desk Chat
Lots of holiday chat this week, with clients sharing stories and photos from trips away already. I also got to catch up with a lovely client who used to visit me regularly back when I worked in Stirling. She has since moved to Glasgow and had a baby, so it was lovely seeing all the cute photos and having a proper catch-up.
After pretty much everyone told me to watch Should I Marry a Murderer? last week, I finally did… and wow.
Nails I Wanted to Steal This Week
A Mediterranean tile-inspired French manicure stood out this week, finished with the cutest little bikini accent nails. It instantly made me want to book a holiday somewhere sunny.
