The Very Hungry Caterpillar-Inspired Nails - Playful and Subtle

Cute, fun, and just a little unexpected - this set was inspired by a childhood classic: The Very Hungry Caterpillar 🐛

Painted on short natural nails, we used custom-mixed shades of green for the fingers, alternating the tones to echo the colours of the book’s illustrations. The thumbs feature a tiny red caterpillar face, bringing the reference to life in a way that’s playful yet still beautifully wearable.

It’s a nod to nostalgia and nature, but in a way that’s subtle enough to fly under the radar - making it a perfect choice for teachers, creatives, or anyone who loves a more whimsical, storybook approach to nail art.

Created using Kokoist x Nail Thoughts gel and prepped with Staleks professional tools for a clean, long-lasting finish.
