Nail trends tutorial: Sea Glass nails
The sea glass manicure is perfect for holiday nails and chill beach vibes. Especially if you are looking for something a bit more contemporary than the typical pastels and brights that come around every year. This pretty, summer trend is simple and quick to create so perfect if you work in a busy salon or are doing your own at-home manicures.
All you need is a selection of sheer or glass colours in shades of blues and greens and a matte topcoat to give the soft, frosted finish.
I applied a translucent wash of sheer colours blended in a vertical ombré but a plain, block colour nail works equally well. Cure, then simply add the matte topcoat.
You could also try adding opal flakes for a more mermaid look or some 3d water droplets on top.
